Hi, I’m Jessica.
I am a yoga teacher, but I am a human first. I teach yoga to help others find something amazing within themselves while on a yoga mat.
Maybe you want to get more in touch with your body. Maybe you want to turn a tough time into something more. Or maybe you just want to build community. Whatever it is, know that your yoga mat and I are here holding space for you.
Don’t worry about being a newbie to yoga (remember it is a practice). I am not here to throw you into crow pose; I am here to remind you that child’s pose is always available to you. Sound like you? Bring it in ( I am standing here with open arms). The goal here is to find peace, tranquility, freedom and overflow through the practice of yoga.
My Approach
It all begins with an invitation to practice. Stepping on your mat is a choice that you will find yourself making over and over again. I believe that it is YOUR MAT and YOUR PRACTICE. Everything that happens in my sessions are guided sessions not boot camp. You are invited to your mat and I am holding space for you.

Each month we will be starting a new cycle that will run for 4 Weeks. These sessions allow you to learn yoga and build confidence along the way.
